Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and The Regime about using the app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies when you download the app from the App Store.
Not medical advice. The Regime is for general wellness and information only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace a doctor. Talk to a qualified health professional before changing your diet, fasting, exercise or supplements, especially if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, have or had an eating disorder, take medication, or have a medical condition. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
1. Your account
You need an account to use The Regime, and you must be at least 16 years old. Give accurate details, keep your log-in safe, and use the account only for yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
2. Membership and billing
- The Regime is offered as an auto-renewing membership (monthly or yearly), bought through your Apple ID. The price and length are shown before you buy.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid membership at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). The membership renews automatically for the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you buy a membership during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
- Bought on our website: the Founding membership is sold on regimelongevity.com and paid through Stripe. Your first year costs the founding price shown when you buy; it then renews every year at the regular yearly price shown at purchase until you cancel. Cancel at any time yourself on our Cancel contracts here page (or by writing to support@regimelongevity.com). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Within 14 days of buying you may also withdraw on that page: the membership ends at once and you get a full refund within 14 days. Sign in to the app with the email you paid with to unlock it.
3. AI features
Some features (the Concierge, meal and label photo reading, dream readings, recipes, insights) use artificial intelligence to write an answer. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are wellness suggestions, not medical advice, and you decide what to act on. Please report an answer that looks wrong or unsafe to support@regimelongevity.com.
4. Your content
What you log and upload stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download or delete your data at any time in the app (Settings → Data & Privacy).
5. Fair use
Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people's accounts, and no unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend an account that does this.
6. Changes and ending
We keep improving The Regime, so features may change. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. If these terms change in an important way, we will tell you in the app and update the date above.
7. Responsibility
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app's suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
